(Statewide Heating Assistance and Referral for Energy Services) is in
immediate need of public contributions to continue providing temporary
assistance to individuals and families who fall behind in paying their
utility bills. Due to an unprecedented demand created by the combination
of a severe winter and a slow economy, New Jersey SHARES has exhausted
its funds in a number of counties.
Tax-deductible contributions can be made either online or via regular
mail. For your convenience, secure online contributions can be made by
going to our online Donations page. If you prefer to make a contribution
by mail, you may send a check or money order payable to New Jersey SHARES
